CyberArk is looking for a highly motivated Commission Analyst to help support our growing Global Sales Compensation Programs. Reporting to the Commissions Manager under the Finance department, this role will be working cross-functionally with HR, RevOps, Sales, the rest of Finance/Accounting teams to execute the Sales Commissions plans from beginning to end, including but not limited to system configuration, monthly/quarterly calculations, expense analysis, forecasting/modeling, and audits.

The salary range for this position is $63,000 – $90,000/year, plus commissions or discretionary bonus, which will be based on the employee’s performance. Job Description
CyberArk is looking for a highly motivated Commission Analyst to help support our growing Global Sales Compensation Programs. Reporting to the Commissions Manager under the Finance department, this role will be working cross-functionally with HR, RevOps, Sales, the rest of Finance/Accounting teams to execute the Sales Commissions plans from beginning to end, including but not limited to system configuration, monthly/quarterly calculations, expense analysis, forecasting/modeling, and audits.
Responsibilities:
- Commission Administration:
- Utilizes Xactly Incent to administer new hire plans, transfers, terms, and any other applicable changes to payees.
- Prepare, review, and submit monthly accrual and payment reports accurately and by strict deadlines.
- Be familiar enough with Xactly and SalesForce to troubleshoot issues and configure new plan rules each year.
- Regularly audit commission data to maintain data integrity and compliance with company policies and SOX procedures.
- Financial Analysis:
- Analyze sales performance metrics to track individual and team-level performance against targets.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into sales trends and cost expenses.
- Support on cost modeling and forecasting of commissions expense and perform various what-if analysis on new plan designs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Partner with accounting department to reconcile commission expenses and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Work closely with sales leadership and/or RevOps teams to communicate commission plans, resolve inquiries, and address any issues related to compensation.
- Collaborate with IT teams to optimize and automate monthly processes and create new dashboards/reports that support business goals.
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing global commissions programs, preferably in a SaaS software environment.
- Experience with managing commission calculation software, Xactly is preferred.
- Absolute attention-to-detail is a must.
- Financial analysis, modeling, forecasting experience is a plus.
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude, and able to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a high level of accuracy against stringent deadlines.
- High level of integrity and professionalism when handling sensitive compensation data.
