We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced (Business) Marketing Specialist. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing and executing marketing strategies to attract clients and businesses, both through direct channels and social media platforms. This is a full-time, in-office position that requires creativity, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the real estate market.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive Business Marketing strategies tailored specifically to the real estate industry, considering the unique needs and preferences of real estate professionals and businesses.
Identify target markets within the real estate sector, including property developers, agents, brokers, investors, and construction firms, and create customized marketing campaigns to effectively reach and engage these audiences.
Craft compelling content and campaigns for social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Formerly Twitter) to increase brand visibility and engagement.
Implement targeted advertising initiatives to effectively reach specific demographic segments and enhance brand recognition.
Conduct thorough market analysis and competitor research to identify growth opportunities and refine marketing tactics.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and support lead generation efforts.
Manage and maintain the company's online presence, including the website and social media channels, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.
Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in marketing techniques, particularly within the real estate sector.
Qualifications:
Proven track record in marketing, with a focus on direct-to-client/business strategies or social media marketing.
In-depth knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends and consumer behavior.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management tools, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
