Position Overview: The Account Executive will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, achieving sales goals, and developing successful strategies for expanding business. They will serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing superior customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish relationships with clients by providing solutions to their needs and meeting deadlines.
- Analyze customer needs and develop strategies to address them.
- Present solutions and services to current and prospective customers.
- Identify new sales opportunities and create strategies to pursue them.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services.
- Perform in-depth market research to develop a thorough understanding of customer trends and preferences.
- Develop and follow up on sales leads.
- Analyze and report sales data to management.
- Negotiate contracts with customers.
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
- 2 years of experience in sales and account management.
- Knowledge of telecom, business development, and sales.
- Knowledge of business communications, Verizon, OSP, AT&T, Data Center, Managed Cloud Services, and MSP (nice to have).
- Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software.
