Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of financial data.
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances.
- Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and support.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years accounting experience
- Construction or real-estate experience preferred
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
