Business Development Representative - Biotech Sales

We are seeking sales executives of the future to join our team. Our next team members will be responsible for developing and executing outbound sales campaigns to acquire qualified leads.

Responsibilities include prospecting, account management, sales pipeline development, and outreach. This person will use CRM systems and web scraping to identify potential targets, assess their fit and establish contact.

  • Position Overview : You will be responsible for identifying and engaging prospective customers in a professional and courteous manner, and will be expected to foster relationships to grow our customer base.
  • Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement strategies to generate qualified leads.Identify and engage prospective customers through cold-calling, emailing, and social media.

Utilize CRM and web scraping to identify potential targets, assess their fit and establish contact.Manage and maintain lead databases.

Create and manage sales pipelines.Track, monitor, and report on lead generation activities.

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field (e.g. Biotech, CAP, CLIA) or equivalent work experience.

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables.

Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.Experience with sales is a plus
