Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team and provide exceptional engineering services. The successful candidate will be expected to design and manage projects related to civil engineering including site planning, stormwater management, site remediation, and erosion and sediment control. Additionally, the candidate will need to create RFIs (Request for Information) and coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and manage civil engineering projects such as site planning, stormwater management, site remediation, and erosion and sediment control.
- Create RFIs (Request for Information) for projects and coordinate with other departments to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.
- Perform field investigations, develop plans, and prepare associated documents.
- Conduct detailed and complex engineering analyses.
- Utilize software such as Hydraflow, PondPack, and other relevant programs.
- Provide Construction Monitoring services in the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering.
- Possession of a valid EIT (Engineer in Training) certificate.
- Possession of a valid PE (Professional Engineer) license is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in Civil Engineering Design.
- Knowledge of Hydraflow, PondPack, and other relevant software.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
