Currently, we are looking to add a civil litigation attorney to our office in the Chicago metropolitan area ideally with 5 years in civil law specifically. We have offices in 5 different states ranging from Kentucky to Wisconsin and aim to be the most trusted law firm within our region. Serving the legal needs of individuals and businesses, we pride ourselves on our expertise, community, and personalized services.

What You Will Be Doing
- Handle strong caseloads from the start of litigation through trial
- Draft pleadings and conduct depositions
- Prepare and respond to written discovery, motions practice, and jury trials
- Supervise full-time paralegal/case manager and work with them on a day-to-day basis
What You Need for this Position
- 5 Years of Experience in Civil Law
- Juris Doctorate
- Illinois Bar License
- Background in drafting Pleadings, conducting Depositions, preparing and responding to Written Discovery, Motions Practice, and Jury Trials
- Competency in Case-Management Software
- Ability to Manage a Large Caseload
