Key Responsibilities
- Design control systems for wastewater treatment, material handling, life science, and pharmaceutical applications.
- Prepare designs according to UL 508A/698 standards
- Program, configure, commission, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and other control devices.
- Create AutoCAD drawings for control system design.
- Develop and document control system validation plans.
- Provide technical support for customers.
- Bachelors degree in engineering, or equivalent experience
- 3 years of experience in designing, programming and commissioning control systems
- Experience with PLCs (Allen Bradley, Control Logix, Rockwell, Compact Logix, Micro logix)
- Experience with wastewater, material handling, life science, or pharmaceutical applications
- Experience with AutoCAD
- Experience with other control systems such as Schneider, DCS, and DeltaV is a plus.
- PlantPAx and RA legacy systems (SLC, PLC5, PanelView) experience is a plus.
- Experience in VMWare/virtualization is a plus.
