Engineering Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Engineering Manager to lead our engineering team and oversee the development and delivery of high-quality engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both engineering and management, with a proven track record of success in leading teams to achieve company objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of engineers, providing clear direction and support to ensure successful project delivery.
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement engineering strategies that align with business objectives.
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project completion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Contribute to the development of new products through research, design, and testing.
• Maintain a high level of quality control to ensure all projects meet or exceed customer expectations.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in both engineering and management.
• Experience with Project Management, Process Improvement, Product Development.
• Aerospace Industry experience
• Experience with monthly & weekly budgeting, forecasting, capacity review, annual operating budgets
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
