What You Will Be Doing
- Schedule and oversee the work of the engineering team
- Establish engineering and technical standards for items, materials, processes, and designs
- Provide coaching and counseling of direct reports
- Take an active approach to designing components and systems using SolidWorks
- Manage process related to changing workflows and processes
- Perform reviews of engineering design documentation for compliance with requirements
- B.S. degree in Engineering
- 7 years engineering experience related to hydraulic and electrical component design
- Previous experience managing teams
- Strong working knowledge of Solidworks or similar CAD software
- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Experience with Oracle (Helpful)
