Family Law Attorney

We are currently seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join our team. In this role, you will provide legal counsel to clients dealing with family-related legal matters such as divorce, child custody, child support, and property division. You should possess excellent legal knowledge, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a commitment to providing clients with the best possible legal support.

• Position Overview:
• As a Family Law Attorney, you will offer legal counsel to clients dealing with family-related matters, such as divorce, child custody or child support.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage legal cases related to family law and advise clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Research and interpret laws, rulings, and regulations to ensure the clients best interests are protected.
• Keep abreast of changes in the law and use this knowledge to stay ahead of issues.
• Draft and negotiate legal documents such as separation agreements, prenuptial agreements, and court orders.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and provide them with support and guidance.
• Manage a caseload and prepare for court appearances, mediations, and hearings.
• Qualifications:
• Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in California
• 4 years of experience in family law.
