What You Will Be Doing
- User Support for Hardware and Software Issues
- Equipment Inventory and User Permissions
- Working in an Environment with Exchange, Active Directory, Oracle, MySQL, and LDAP
- Upgrade, Patch, Maintain and Configure New and Existing Systems
What You Need for this Position
A strong foundation of experience with:
- Software and Hardware Product Support
- Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange
- User Permissions and Group Policies
- Some Scripting or Programming
