The ideal candidate will have experience in HMI and a strong background in manufacturing and engineering. Additionally, experience with Allen Bradley, 8D, SPC, control loops, and ISO 9000 is highly desirable. The Process Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and quality
- Analyze production data and identify areas for improvement
- Create and maintain process documentation, including standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Utilize HMI to monitor and control process variables
- Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve any process issues that may arise
- Provide technical support to production teams
- Stay updated on industry developments and implement best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Polymer, Plastics, or Mechanical Engineering
- 3 years of experience as a Process Engineer
- Strong knowledge of HMI and experience with Allen Bradley PLC systems
- Experience with 8D, SPC, and control loops
- Knowledge of ISO 9000 standards and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to travel 10% of time
