We are a funded (200 Mill) robotics and autonomous technology company that has been in business for over 20 years that's looking to IPO soon! We are transforming government and commercial transportation with programs that include self-driving cars and trucks; autonomous shuttles; UAV; UAS; and drones. What You Need for this Position
Experience as a Program Manager
Experience in commonly used project management strategies and personnel management practices
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Proficient with MS Project and MS Office tools
Ability to work closely and build relationships with engineering teams and management
Ability to obtain government clearance; although clearance is not required for this role
Experience with robotics, AV , AUS, AUS, and/or AI (Plus)
B.S. in related engineering field from an accredited university or relevant experience in unmanned or autonomous systems (Plus)
Proficient with cost report tools such as Deltek (Plus)
Understanding of software development environments and common software languages (Plus)
Ability to review and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings (Plus)

What You Will Be Doing
Participate on bid and proposal activities. Ensure that the customer needs are met and that the technical and costing documents are prepared in a timely manner
Review project contracts and statements of work to develop detailed work breakdown structures
Manage the day-to-day execution of multiple projects to satisfy cost, schedule, and technical performance
Communicate project status with management
Serve as the main line of communication to the customer
Work with technical leads to review technical performance of programs and balance with cost and schedule
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with projects and communicate risk to customer and management
Perform business development tasks and identify future opportunities
Recognize project scope change and communicate cost, schedule, and technical execution impacts with customer and management
