We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee and coordinate commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resources, and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage project resources, including subcontractors and suppliers.
- Monitor project progress and conduct regular status meetings to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction processes and standards.
- Experience with electrical projects is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
