What You Need for this Position
10 years experience as an MEP QC Manager or equivalent
Extensive experience with mechanical projects
Experience working at West Point with the Army Corps of Engineers is preferred
OSHA 30 is required
Experience using Primavera P6 and the Army Corps.' RMS system is preferred

What You Will Be Doing
Direct, coordinate, and supervise work being done by the MEP subcontractors on site
Submit and maintain Daily Workforce Reports (DWRs)
Conduct weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors
Study and understand project drawings, specifications and general conditions
Keep the Project Management team informed of all incidents that occur on site
