Main Responsibilities
- Post open roles
- Organize applicants and screen qualified candidates
- Share resumes with appropriate hiring managers
- Work with our external agencies on key roles we need to filled
- Schedule interviews and organized all pre-employment paperwork/onboarding
- Take detailed job orders from hiring managers and put together/post job postings
- Regular communication across departments and managers
- Maintain employee files
- Perform reference checks, organize background checks, etc. as needed/requested
- Help out with various HR duties as needed
- We are open to junior to more senior candidates
- Some experience working in a related industry - automotive, manufacutring, industrial etc.
- 2 years of internal recruiting experience
- Strong oral & written communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work individually and as a team
- Highly organized
