Job Title: Sales Executive - New Commercial Construction
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Salary: $110k-$140k - dependent on experience
Requirements: Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related and 5 years successful sales experience in ground up, new build commercial construction

What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and manage relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams
- Gather market intelligence and contribute to proposal development, and manage pursuit process
- Utilize CRM to track opportunities and relationships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute business development plans
- Lead pre-RFP activities, contribute to proposal development, and manage the pursuit process
- Research competitors and identify areas of differentiation
- Associate's Degree in Construction Management, Business, or related and 5 years successful sales experience in ground up, new build commercial construction
- Proficiency in Adobe InDesign preferred and Microsoft
- Proven experience leading RFPs/RFQs from a business development/sales perspective
- Proven experience with new construction sales, projects exceeding 15MM preferred
- Experience with brand development and brand awareness
