What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Program Manager position at CyberCoders?
We are a 500 person Aerospace Manufacturing company in Los Angeles. As an Engineer and Defense contractor, we develop and produce a range of equipment for military aircraft and vehicles within the Aerospace field. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager to support our business operations working with both internal and external customers. You will be responsible for contact negotiations, purchase orders, customer requirements, and maintaining relationships with our vendors.

-An examination of contracts, purchase orders, and modifications to contracts.
-Manage all facets of allocated contracts, including budgetary control through the use of Earned Value Management (EVM)
- Frequently take the initiative in organizing the program status review during client meetings, whether they are in-person or over the phone.
- Travel to customer locations on a regular basis may be necessary for design reviews, technical exchanges, or program evaluations.
- Act as the main point of contact for all customer-MEC communications; plan customer visits, factory tours, technical data exchanges, and problem-solving activities.
-Excellent communication skills with both internal and external clients, especially when it comes to tasking and directing the Planning department's work on program schedules and recoveries as necessary.

Must have:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager
- 5 years of experience working with customers, purchase orders, contract management/negotiation, budget
- Experience with Defense (DoD), Aerospace, or Manufacturing company
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and understand technical information

- PMP Certification
