Position Overview: We are looking for an experienced Tax Attorney to join our team. The Tax Attorney will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel regarding federal and state taxation laws and regulations as well as tax planning and compliance. The successful applicant must be able to effectively research, analyze, write, and communicate their legal advice and counsel in a timely, professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on the potential tax consequences of their legal actions, business transactions, and other matters.
- Review and advise clients on the taxation aspects of contracts and agreements.
- Prepare documents for tax filing and audit purposes.
- Negotiate tax settlements and represent clients in tax disputes.
- Provide advice and counsel on criminal tax matters.
- Represent clients in court proceedings relating to tax dispute resolution.
- Assist clients with transactional tax matters.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- State bar admission to any of our office locations.
- Advanced degree in tax law or CPA certification.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax laws, regulations, and administrative procedures.
- Work experience with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).
