- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, including hiring and training new sales representatives
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to ensure alignment of sales and marketing strategies
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Drive the development and implementation of CRM strategies to improve client relations and sales productivity
- 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, marketing, and business development
- Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong analytical and technical marketing skills
- Expertise in client relations and CRM strategies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
