Director, Business Solutions
The Role:
- Sales: Prepare and present sales proposals, providing rational recommendations to clients. Take ownership of resolving general sales inquiries related to client accounts and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
- Pipeline: Take charge of both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities within your area of expertise. Identify trends and customer needs, building a short-term, medium-term, and long-term sales pipeline.
- Relationships: Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive scopes of work and present service offerings and pricing to clients. Develop and maintain strong client relationships by delivering tailored recommendations that align with their unique service needs.
- Operational: Support the Head of Business Solutions in maintaining departmental efficiency and ensuring seamless execution of key marketing plan deliverables. Participate in strategy development, marketing plan creation, and oversee the development of sales and marketing collateral, messaging, and presentation materials.
- Communication: Oversee communication efforts, including company and client newsletters, promotional information for prospective clients, and the development of messaging aligned with CyberMark Franchise Solutions.
This senior level position operates in a highly demanding and fast-paced environment. It requires a strong strategic mindset, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to drive business growth. This is a full-time, in-house position, and compensation will be commensurate with experience. - Proven ability to build long-term relationships with clients, translating into recurring revenue opportunities.
- Becoming a subject matter expert in specific assigned markets, staying ahead of industry trends, and understanding customer needs.
- Taking a lead role in developing proposals and presentations for new business materials to create and nurture business opportunities and partnerships.
- Identifying trends and customer needs, strategically building a short-term, medium-term, and long-term sales pipeline.
- Assisting in the coordination and implementation of marketing plans to support business objectives.
- Becoming an expert in CyberMark product offerings and serving as the go-to source for clients seeking information about our services.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
- Maintaining and sharing professional knowledge through ongoing education, networking, participation in industry events, and delivering presentations.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States and be able to work at our North Phoenix office, just south of Union Hills and east of the I-17 at 18456 N 25th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85023. Our core hours of operation are from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm.
