Opportunity
Our client is looking for a Jr. Agile/Scrum Master for their Detroit, MI location.
Responsibilities
- Functions as a Servant leader on Agile/Scrum team, providing support to the Product Owner and Delivery Team(s), in their effort to drive maximum value and customer satisfaction through the project?s objectives
- Help with analysis needs, requirements definition, competitive assessments and testing activities as necessary across assigned projects
- Facilitates Story Mapping, Grooming and ad hoc requirements elicitation sessions using Agile patterns and advanced modeling techniques
- Guides business representatives and project teams using functional decomposition to define capabilities, epics and story cards in support of value-driven objectives.
- Serve as a liaison between the business areas and the IT organization to provide technical solutions required for the achievement of business goals.
- Conduct data gathering and analysis to understand business strategy requirements
- Assess client needs utilizing a structured requirements process
- Develop, write, and communicate business requirements and functional specifications for the implementation of business solutions.
- Analyze customer?s operations to understand their strengths and weaknesses to determine opportunities for improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
- Three (3) year of relevant technical or business work experience required.
Benefits
- Pay range is up to $80K-$90K annually ($40 to $45 an hour, commensurate with experience)
- Optional participation in benefit plans (medical, dental, vision, disability, 401k)
- Long-Term Contract employment opportunity with potential for extension/direct hire
