Job Description:
SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central expert who has 12 years of experience SAP/Success Factor experience and atleast 3 full life cycle implementation. The candidate will have the ability to gathering requirements to analyse, design and/or implement SucessFactors Employee Central and ONB2.0.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level solution design and integration design
- Define and manage the deliverables of functional team to meet engagement objectives
- Be a hands-on application expert and prepare/review project deliverables
- Utilize and apply best practices on projects based on experience and in consultation with experts, appropriately tailored for the client.
- Lead design workshops with the client.
- Provide impact assessment for Half Yearly Releases.
- Enrich and Develop reusable (accelerators, enablers) for SuccessFactors
Mandatory Skills:
- 12 years of SAP experience as an SAP Senior Consultant having experience in both SucessFactors/On-Premises system who have done atleast 4 implementation projects as a lead consultant. Lead development of SAP SuccessFactors /On Premise solution blueprint to meet business requirements.
- Successful delivery of HR technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SuccessFactors BizX Talent Modules , including ONB2.0, Goals, Performance, Compensation, Learning, Succession. This includes implementation, upgrade, and /or extension of SucessFactors BizX applications. Configure SuccessFactors and Assist clients in the selection, implementation planning, fit analysis, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of SuccessFactors HR application solutions.
- Assist clients in comparison of SAP HCM application solutions and SucessFactors HR application solutions and making recommendations as to the best fit for the client's needs knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SuccessFactors and the future strategic direction of the application roadmap.
- Understanding and developing business process requirements with a client that utilize SuccessFactors HR modules to support business needs.
- Knowledge of and understanding of the integration between SAP and SucessFactors.
- Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements,
- Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline,
- Strong problem solver with the ability to analyze cause and effect relationships.
- Proactively propose alternative solutions to the customer as annd when needed,
- Showcase ownership to resolve /coordinate issues within SLA
