Job Description Human Resources Business Partner Leveraging the functional expertise and resources of the broader HR organization, as the HRBP, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to the assigned business units, executing a human resource plan that is aligned to the business strategy and organizational goals. Primary areas of focus include change management, organizational development, talent management, employee relations, and assistance with compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition. Core responsibilities: Manage the day to day operation of the Human Resources function across the assigned business units, including but not limited to employee relations, talent management and organizational development. Partner with the management team to design and implement solutions that support business objectives and key performance priorities of the business. Facilitate HR programs and company initiatives that enhance engagement, performance, and retention, including but not limited to town halls, Leadership connects and SKIP-level meetings Support the management team to ensure timely completion of the appraisal process. Coach and advise the management team on talent development and performance management. Conduct Exit Interviews and implement strategies to minimize attrition. Role Requirements: 3 to 5 years’ experience in Human Resources or related field Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR or related studies Strong organizational, communication and time management skills Experience working with a geographically diverse workforce, including with countries outside the U.S. Ability to work with minimal supervision and interact with all levels of the organization Ability to handle change, complexity and across multi-stakeholders A passion for excellence Travel required: Yes (5-10%) We are proud to be a diverse and inclusive company where our people can focus their whole self on solving problems that matter.
