- High School Diploma or GED (minimum)
- Bilingual (Spanish and English); an excellent written and verbal communicator who likes to solve problems and connect with people via phone.
- The ability to provide excellent customer service by phone with sincerity and professionalism.
- Ability to interact and provide service to customers face-to-face via web cam (don’t worry, your picture will only show as a thumbnail, and SYKES will provide the web camera and a backdrop for your use!)
- Ability to work weekdays, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- Strong computer navigation skills, including search engine experience, browser navigation, typing in URL’s, etc.
- Self-motivated with high attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A typing speed of at least 30 wpm
- An unwavering positive attitude and strong drive for results
- An openness to receiving feedback and applying and integrating the feedback to improve results.
