Minimum Qualifications and experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of administrative/clerical experience.
- Able to work a varying schedule including regular weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- High level of professionalism and the ability to handle stressful situations with the highest integrity.
Requirement
- Prepares, generates, and verifies contracts and related closing documents accurately and in a timely manner.
- Processes payments for various transactions while ensuring payment is made to the appropriate project.
- Establishes and maintains the purchaser’s file.
- Processes and handles rescission/cancellation, as needed.
- Obtains credit card authorizations and retrieve credit reports for all sales types, if applicable.
- Generates end-of-day closing reports and financial closing sheets, as needed.
- Works closely and maintain a professional relationship with the Client Relations department to obtain necessary documentation in order to complete contract files.
- Carries out all other reasonable requests by management of which the associate is capable of performing.
