- Experience:** Minimum 2 years of radiology experience
- License:** Radiologic Technologist License
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) advanced certification in CT
- American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
- Graduate of an accredited radiology program
- Demonstrated competencies in Radiology and CT
- Deliver high-quality CT and X-Ray exams to assist in diagnosis or treatment for both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Perform CT and X-Ray procedures independently, producing images for interpretation by or at the request of a licensed practitioner.
- Operate with limited supervision while maintaining attention to detail, meeting customer needs, and ensuring high reliability.
- Assist medical staff in other departments during exams and procedures as necessary and appropriate.
- Perform ancillary duties as required to maintain proper distribution, billing, and archival of exams and procedures.
- Complete documentation for all information required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams.
- Retrieve written orders and applicable health information to ensure timely performance and reporting of exams and procedures.
- Demonstrate sound judgment, patience, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy and stressful environment.
- Exercise tact, discretion, sensitivity, and maintain confidentiality.
- Learn current and new computer applications and office equipment utilized in the healthcare facility.
- Possess strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
- Additional Information:** Candidates must live at least 90 miles from the facility to be considered for the assignment. Holiday coverage is required.
