What are the responsibilities and job description for the Account Executive position at Cynet Security?
The Account Executive will be responsible for sales in North America, managing their own quota within the assigned geography.
Cynet is on a mission to become one of the top solutions in the XDR space with a heightened focus on growing our North American presence. We are looking to bring on top talent to identify, build, and maintain exceptional relationships with companies across our SMB to mid-market segment (<2k Employee Accounts). The SMB/Mid Market Sales Executive role will be a critical position for driving strategic growth and identifying market trends for our organization, reporting directly to the Sales Manager
The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office three times a week.
What Will You Do:
- Work with the Sales Manager to build and execute your territory sales strategy
- Work with the best tools in the market to increase Cynet market penetration in North America
- Leverage prospecting tools to create direct demand for the Cynet solution
- Leverage demo tools to show the product and present value proposition
- Leverage the channel to grow and expand your Pipeline opportunities
- Manage initial calls to stimulate interest and create a pipeline for quarterly execution
- Develop opportunities to the win point in an effective way according to the sales ethics of Cynet
- Sell to security leaders
- Represent Cynet in events
- Willing to travel >25% of the time
Requirements:
- Strong sales professionals will have 4 years of proven sales history.
- Track record of over-achieving quota (Demonstrated success in closing deals)
- Experience in selling Cyber Security Solutions is a MUST
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools (O365 or Zoom)
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience working in a Start-Up/early-stage environment.
- Entrepreneurial/Self-starter personality.
- Ability to work in a team environment to leverage resources effectively and efficiently.
- Coachable
- Familiar with the MEDDPICC Qualification process
- Force Management Sales Methodology is a plus
