Job Description:
- LIMS Technical lead whose primary responsibly will be to work with LIMS COE team and ensure to provided end to end support for the Business and the LIMS COE team like owning the responsibility of creation SDLCs for the Interfacing, Validation , Qualification activities (equipment’s, application), Horizontal expansion planning, Coordination with Site for technical topics, Coordinate with Support team, etc.
- Labware LIMS & Project Management.
- Project manager with some LIMS background and very strong technical knowledge.
- Labware LIMS Admin I certification, LIMS Basic.
- Labware LIMS workflows.
- Familiarity on Commercial Off the Shelf Lab systems.
- Windows Server environment.
- Oracle Database.
- Network experience.
- Role Functions (Functions include, but are not limited to, the following):
- Coordination with LabWare, SAP CoE teams for ensuring availability of necessary SDLC documentation (Data flows, requirement specs, architectural design, High level/low level designs etc.)
- Validation of requirement specifications with Business/ CoE lead & approval.
- Tracking build and testing status.
- Cadence with site and SAP IT leadership for resource availability, RISK identification & mitigation.
- Validation of Non-functional requirements & decision on what needs to be done next.
- Onboarding site IT teams and supporting technical queries on interfaces.
- Assessment of interface impact on sites with site IT admins (IT, SAP etc.)
- Create Development summary report along with Business/CoE lead
- Work with IT product owner to-
- Development and delivery of training packages to business users.
- Write and prioritize backlog user stories, focusing on technical requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Plans and drives scoping, requirements definition, and prioritize activity.
- Participate in discussions to provide technical solutions.
- Design, Develop, test, implement & maintain Labware LIMS templates.
- Establish the required plan for Labware LIMS Interface.
- coordinate Implementation of enhancements to current LIMS processes.
- Create detailed deployment plan along with Business owner".
- Global qualification of equipments & coordination with sites for verification.
- Supporting sites to secure equipments & resolution of site queries.
- QAP (Quality Assurance Plan)-approval.
- Design and Configuration Specification preparation & approval.
- Change control initiation & approval.
- Security vulnerability scan.
- Development tests (SIT) pre-approval - Technical.
- Development tests (SIT) for Reports pre-approval - Technical.
- Development Test (SIT) post-approval.
- UAT test script approval along with Business/CoE lead.
- RTM approval.
- Cutover Plan - preparation and approval.
- IQ PROD pre/post-approval.
- Assessment of additional interfaces required for -LIMS.
- Detailing out development & deployment plan.
- Coordination with Scrum master/functional consultant for requirement gathering and development of enhancements.
- Overseeing development activities for enhancements.
- Securing budget for enhancement along with IT product owner.
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline.
- Labware LIMS experience 5 years.
- Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
- Ability to multi-task and handle tasks with competing priorities effectively.
- Strong technical aptitude (i.e. able to read and comprehend technical. documentation and execute procedures), global regulatory experience and demonstrated experience interfacing with regulators.
- Experience with working in a multinational organization.
- Experience in leading a team.
