Job Description:
- IT support of PCs (Laptop and Desktop), basic network troubleshooting, and specific warehouse IT devices support such as servers, phones, printers, handheld scanners, etc.
- Candidates will need to be physically able to walk around the large facility daily for spot checks/rounds and device troubleshooting.
- Candidates will need superior customer service skills and be able to interact with a wide range of users with varying IT skill levels.
- We are looking for an entry-level candidate with 0-3 years of experience only.
