Job Title: Customer Success Coordinator
Job Description: The Customer Success Coordinator is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth. The CSM serves as the primary point of contact for customers and works closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- Understand customer goals, challenges, and needs to help drive value and success.
- Onboard new customers and ensure successful implementation and adoption of the product or service.
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide support, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns.
- Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and support teams to advocate for customer needs and drive product improvements.
- Provide product training and support to help customers maximize the value of the product or service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing role, such as customer success, account management, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into actionable plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience working with CRM software and customer success tools is a plus.

Salary : $55,000 - $70,000
