Here's a closer look at this key role:
As a Marketing Coordinator, you will use best practices to execute omnichannel lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns. You will also conduct campaign analyses that will be used to inform strategic decisions to optimize future campaigns. You will be working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects at once. You'll be expected to collaborate on the development of, and manage the execution and tracking ultimately increasing our business' marketing success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy various campaign materials, including emails, landing pages, social posts, direct mail pieces, and digital ads.
- Manage and segment lists based on behaviors like past email engagement and event attendance and other behaviors.
- Create lead nurturing workflows for these segments to convert leads into customers while measuring results and optimizing.
- Create campaign reports including dashboards, and work in collaboration with our BI team as needed.
- Work to minimize list decay and unsubscribes while increasing the productivity of our email sends.
Requirements:
- BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
- Strong analytical skills (including mastery of Microsoft Excel or google sheets) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
- Proficiency in marketing automation systems (HubSpot) and integrating those systems with other technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment.
- Technically capable, excellent communicator, and a desire to improve processes.
- Experience with copy and design a plus
- A fearless attitude with a willingness to fail fast, and apply learnings quickly.
