Summary

As the business systems analyst, you will oversee the use of various software application systems used by Cytrellis. To be successful in this role you must have experience with ERP and CRM solutions. You will work closely with business leaders in assessing our business process requirements and identifying solutions while keeping an eye on the latest software developments and how they can make Cytrellis more efficient and successful.

The ideal candidate will work at the Company’s Headquarters based in Woburn, MA. Hybrid flexibility to be considered with manager approval.

Responsibilities

• Develop, Administrator and Maintain the ERP Infor Syteline.
• Develop, Administrator and Maintain the CRM Salesforce.
• Business process development within relevant systems. Is a key player in business processes with the ERP and CRM systems. Is a company mentor for several departments.
• IT Business Analytics/Intelligence and Development.
• General IT support for Business Applications.
• Backs up sales support with CRM and ERP when needed as a technical resource.
• Analyzing operations and systems to determine software solutions to improve efficiency.
• Making recommendations on whether to upgrade the existing system or evaluate alternative systems.
• Monitoring the rollout of new software to ensure flawless execution and promote user adoption.
• Manage outside consultants in their support and enhancements to core business products.
• Assist with Office 365 SharePoint and Teams implementation.
• Work with the quality department to make sure regulated applications are properly validated and documented.
• Establish KPIs for user adoption.
• Train employees on the use of existing and new software applications.
• Maintain your industry knowledge and keep up with the latest software developments.

Skills

• Broad working knowledge of database management.
• Demonstrated project management experience.
• Ability to remain up to date with the latest software developments.
• Understanding of computer networking and installation, and administration of line of business applications.
• Strong leadership, management, and customer service skills.
• Great analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience implementing, configuring, and managing CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
• 5 years' experience implementing, supporting, and managing ERP systems (preferably Infor Syteline).
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively communicate at multiple levels within the organization.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.
• A track record of being results-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
• Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization’s facility.
