Position: Senior Manager Reporting - FP&A

About the position:
Cyxtera Technologies | Sr. Manager role within the Financial Planning and Analysis team will oversee the Monthly Reporting Process. This position will play an important leadership role for Cyxtera, supporting the CFO, SVP of FP&A, VP of FP&A and Cyxtera management team with the global reporting requirements. The role is responsible for reporting the planning, analyzing and providing key insights into company-wide requirements, pacing and results.
Position Responsibilities:
The role will report directly to the Director of FP&A. The Sr. Managers responsibilities will include:
- Lead the monthly global managerial reporting requirement, including creation of Board Decks, variance analysis and reconciliations
- Manage on-going and reporting requirements including financial results, operational results and other efficiency metrics internally and externally
- Maintain the monthly close calendar
- Support the SVP of FP&A, VP of FP&A and CFO by performing proactive financial analysis and providing independent thought leadership
- Actively collaborate with the Accounting teams to improve monitoring accuracy and reporting
- Coordinate closely with VP of Finance and various Directors of FP&A to review projections, budgets and historical results; set deadlines, templates, reporting requirements and global standards for Finance organization
- Maintain tools/systems/process/models to maximize efficiency and accuracy of information
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance
- Colocation reporting is required
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
