Merchandiser Job Summary:

As a merchandiser, your job responsibilities will include driving your own personal vehicle to assigned national stores. Employees are granted a monthly car allowance and are reimbursed for mileage. A merchandiser will pull product from the customer’s back room and place such items within designated areas in the assigned store to guarantee product freshness and attractiveness for our customers.

Merchandiser Job Responsibilities:

· Produce store sales by providing point-of-purchase and shelf management services.

· Maintains inventory by restocking shelves with product from inventory, observing inventory levels, prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low, and arranging for return and credit for damaged products.

· Maintains store shelves by observing displays of company products, removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves, and providing optimum display of products.

· Determines call schedule by reviewing priorities with supervisor and discussing special instructions, product promotions, new products, and price changes.

· Maintains customer relationships by visiting with store managers, department managers, and employees.

· Maintains quality results by following and enforcing standards.

Merchandiser Requirements:

· 18 years of age or older

· Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Insurance

· Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

• Merchandising: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

• Commerce, MI: Relocate before starting work (Required)
