The primary duty of the General Manager is to ensure the successful operation of various components within a multifaceted venue, which includes the restaurant, bar, beach, retail area, and club. Serving as the most senior manager within the property management team, the General Manager oversees a team comprising the Assistant General Manager, Bar Manager, Head Chef, Retail Manager, Dining Room Supervisor, Restaurant Managers, and Entertainment Teams.

Five to ten years of experience in a high-volume Food and Beverage establishment
Senior management experience in Food and Beverage operations
A balanced combination of education and experience
Advanced culinary/hospitality degree or equivalent
Health permit/food safety and alcohol awareness certification
