Residential Sales
This position requires developing and maintaining the customer relationship at all levels. There is an existing customer mix of well-established accounts and an expectation of bringing in new accounts. Duties include putting together initial take-offs, bids, and proposals; frequently meeting with customers in the office and job site situations, including field verification and measuring; tracking customer projects, contract reviews, and job costing. Other responsibilities include:
- Problem-solving job site product issues.
- Looking for win-win solutions with products and supplies.
- Reporting on all their jobs' financial aspects.
Qualifications
- A.A.A or B.S. in Construction Management, Construction Engineering, or a similar field preferred
- 5 years experience in the construction field estimating or managing projects
- Strong knowledge of doors, frames, and hardware, preferred
- Organized and attentive to detail - nothing gets by you without being double-checked and put in the right place
- Efficient - a knack for effectively prioritizing tasks and managing your time
