Qualifications and skills -
- Past experience in a Sales Role with individual Sales Dollar Goals. Preferably sales roles for large capital projects.
- Experience selling technical products or previous work experience in technical positions or a degree in an engineering or construction management field
- Ability to develop sales strategies individualized to the customer and their needs
- Ability to travel at least 25% and up to 50% of the time
- Creative, resourceful problem solver
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Understanding of business concepts and issues including working within a corporate structure
- Must have a high degree of influencing skills and be able to apply those skills at multiple levels inside and outside of the company
