Job Title Data Analyst Job Description Summary The Logistics Data Analyst plays a crucial role in optimizing supply chain operations within a 3PL environment through data-driven insights and analysis. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large volumes of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement. Your findings will directly contribute to enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall logistics performance. Job description Essential Duties Maintain dashboards and reports, develop new reports whenever necessary KPIs and track progress against targets. Identify and implement technology solutions to automate logistics processes and enhance data visibility and accuracy. Translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations for improving logistics operations. Work closely with logistics managers and operations teams to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in the supply chain; and communicate relative information to the customer and within the team. Proven experience in logistics or supply chain industry, with an understanding of logistics operations and processes. Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques, with experience in extracting, transforming, and visualizing logistics data. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, SAP, Google Suite, and Power BI Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights and recommendations. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
