Position Overview:
As our Front Desk Coordinator, you will be the face of our practice, handling all front office functions and ensuring that our patients, parents, and guardians are always our top priority. Your friendly demeanor, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be key in providing an outstanding patient experience.
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PM
Friday: 8 AM - 2 PM
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a professional, medical, or dental environment with direct customer service is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients with a warm and friendly attitude.
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Handle appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flow.
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient needs with a pleasant demeanor.
- Communicate effectively with staff and management to ensure smooth office operations.
- Travel between multiple locations as needed.
Required Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Customer service-oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
