We are seeking a dedicated, results-oriented Data Entry Warehouse Assistant. As a data entry assistant you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse by assisting in various tasks such as receiving, storing, and distributing materials, organizing inventory, preparing orders for shipment, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. You will be collaborating with senior managers to determine which business processes need optimization, enhancing the performance of our systems, and deploying and implementing suitable solutions.
Responsibilities
- Performing diagnostic tests and resolving issues to optimize performance.
- Adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
- Keeps records of all shipping and receiving records.
- Prepares shipments for all Texas-to-Texas transfers.
- Assist with inventory counts.
- Collaborates with other team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Follows safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Performs other duties as assigned by supervisors to support warehouse operations.
- Posting in and outbound purchase orders/ transfers.
- Assist in placing purchase orders and reviewing OEM sales to set stocking levels.
Qualifying skills/ Requirements
- Great organizational and time management skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, collaboration, and communication abilities.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multi-task multiple projects and timelines
- Experience with Data Entry
