Job Description:
Join our front-line marketing team in developing DaBella into the fastest growing home improvement company in the nation! We are seeking eager, money motivated individuals to assist in scheduling estimates and inspections for our industry leading home improvement products.
Must be confident, and comfortable in building relationships with potential customers, and creating strong dialogue to identify and address customer needs. We are looking for leaders who are eager to share experiences, support their team, and learn from their peers.
DaBella has an aggressive growth plan, with 33 locations across the country we believe in growth through the success of others. We are seeking growth minded individuals who are eager to step up in their career and take advantage of our uncapped bonus plans.
Responsibilities
· Represent DaBella; as the first point of contact for new customers you are the face of the company
· Schedule appointments and estimates with homeowners to match our home improvement products with their immediate and future needs
· Support your teammates in a leadership and teamwork based environment
Requirements
· Excellent verbal communication skills
· Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
· Comfortable meeting new clients in a door-to-door setting
· Motivated to maintain a fast pace and maximize number of opportunities per day
