Description
Are you a confident, charismatic risk taker who loves to be compensated for your hard work? As a Canvass Supervisor at DaBella you will find yourself being financially rewarded as well as receiving consistent resources to grow into Canvass Manager and Canvass Leadership Council roles.
Day to Day :
- Assist the Canvass Manager as needed.
- Daily morning meeting with your team.
- Go door-to-door to introduce the company and what we have to offer to new and existing customers.
- Ability to stand and walk outdoors for an extended period.
- Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
- Able to maintain an energetic and positive attitude.
Requirements and Skills :
- Must be 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license with an approved driving record.
- Ability to grow and lead your team.
- Complete a paid basic management course.
Our Canvass Supervisors enjoy :
- Guaranteed base rate of $19.50 / hr.
- Daily and monthly bonus Opportunities.
- Average first-year earnings of $55,000-$75,000 annually.
- Top performers earn over $100,000 annually.

Experience & Qualifications :
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written skills.
- Previous marketing experience preferred, but not required.
- Previous leadership / management experience preferred, but not required.
