Job Summary

Under the support of the Retail Leader, you will serve as an advisor with a holistic understanding of the mission of Dacotah Bank. You will help achieve the goals of Dacotah Bank through the sales, service and transactional relationships you develop and maintain with customers. An expert understanding of the purpose and benefit of Dacotah Bank Products and service is required, in order to enhance Wallet Share through service the needs of customers. The CSR Lead is also responsible for the maintenance and balancing of a teller drawer, understanding compliance regulations related to all areas of responsibility, and identifying fraudulent transactions that are presented for processing. CSR Lead is to maintain excellent customer relations and effectively cross-sell other bank products and services. Also recognize opportunity to refer Insurance and Trust products and services through advisory and needs identification, ensuring positive and profitable relationships exist between the bank and its customers. In addition to the above accountabilities, CSR Lead assistants with scheduling and supervising Customer Service Representatives, ensuring business needs are met. Along with daily accountabilities, Dacotah Bank employees are highly encouraged to participate and support the numerous community involvement opportunities the bank provides throughout the year.

Accountabilities

As a Customer Service Representative Lead of Retail Delivery for Dacotah Bank, while ensuring that applicable regulations, disclosures, policies, and procedures are followed, you will:

  • Manage retail transactions
  • Provide deposit products and services
  • Provide access to other products and services
  • Complete follow-up procedures with customers
  • Participate in customer relation review with your supervisor
