What this opportunity involves:
We are seeking an ambitious and driven marketing professional to join JLL and work onsite at Riverton Forum part-time for two days a week.
The Marketing Manager is responsible for working with the Portfolio Marketing Manager to develop and execute the Strategic Marketing Plan aligned to the centres Strategic Asset Plan.
Building and maintaining a market presence in line with the Centre’s brand identity to ensure the centre is marketed in a manner reflective of its status.
Managing relationships with key stakeholders within the local community to ensure the centre is firmly established as the destination of choice for the trade area.
Snapshot of the role:
- Delivery of the annual Strategic Marketing Plan that is aligned with the centre’s Strategic Asset Plan and subsequent advertising, creative, public relations, tactical events, retailer engagement and community engagement plans.
- Delivery of sales, traffic, and marketing objectives in line with the Centre Asset Plan.
- Analyse and report on the performance of the centre and ongoing effectiveness of marketing plan, tracking to objectives and measuring return on investment.
- Work collaboratively with marketing team to deliver fully integrated campaigns that align to centres brand and marketing objectives and deliver a return on investment.
- Prepare monthly management reporting requirements.
- Develop and manage the annual marketing budget in line with the approved strategy and marketing plan.
- Ongoing management and forecasting of centre promotional fund.
- Manage relationships with agencies and suppliers including but not limited to creative, digital, media, event, and PR.
- Work with the Centre Manager to onboard new tenants to the Centre.
