Title : HR Specialist
Wage : $22-$24 / hr
Location : St. Paul, MN - HYBRID
Contract : 6 months
What you’ll do as an Associate HR Specialist :
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, maintaining records management systems, and performing basic bookkeeping work.
- Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements, and other documents.
- File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
- Managing the pest promotion process which recurs every two weeks, very detail oriented, labor intensive manual process using AS400 and Workday
- Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and emails.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routing inquiries.

- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

Education / Experience :
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5-7 years experience required.
- Bachelors degree will be needed if the position were to become permanent
