Maintenance Technician Description :
The Service Technician services and installs specified coffee, beverage dispensing, and water filtration equipment at customer locations
Maintenance Technician Daily Duties :
- Delivering unparalleled Customer Service to our current customer base
- Going to our customer's place of business to deliver products and or technical services
- Restocking, rotating product and general warehouse responsibilities as needed
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and repairing brewing equipment and filtered water equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Frequently lift and carry coffee and water filtration equipment weighing up to 40 pounds with the use of a 20-pound hand truck, as necessary
- Usual and customary methods of performing job's functions require regular climbing, stooping, kneeling, bending, and crouching
- Perform scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service calls, preventive maintenance, installations, and equipment removals at customer locations
- Understand the specifications, products, and service requirements for all accounts
- Working in a close team environment with a whatever it takes attitude
Mechanical aptitude a plus. Experience in coffee equipment / appliance repair a plus but not required. Applicants with plumbing or HVAC experience encouraged to apply!
