Position Overview:
The Restaurant Assistant Manager provides quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen to enhance the customer’s visit, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- 2 years previous experience as a restaurant Shift or Assistant Manager required.
- Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license.
- Must successfully pass a background check.
- Possession of Food Handler’s Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location. Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations within this position.
