Job responsibilities may include:
- Scheduling
- Crisis Management
- Handling small maintenance issues
- Communication with staff & upper management
- Supervising shifts including daily responsibilities of management
- Training management
- Managing COGs & labor
- Handling guest feedback
- Managing quality control including size, temp, dates, etc.
- Maintaining log books
- Running a register
- Making ice cream products
- Working the drive-thru
- Working in the grill
- Washing dishes
- Removing trash
- Basic cleaning including equipment
- Working a computer/scanner
- Emailing with attachments
- Reviewing timesheets
- Travel between Lavale, MD & Keyser, WV stores
- 32 hours per week
- Must work weekends and two evenings per week
- Ability to work with the public and as a part of a team
